Conditions of Enrolment
Central Otago REAP Courses and Programmes
Enrolment Information
- separate enrolment form must be completed for each participant attending a course.
- Online enrolment allows you to enrol yourself and/or others in one or more courses currently being offered.
- All courses require a minimum number of participants to run. Please enrol early to avoid disappointment.
- Your place on a course is not confirmed until payment has been received and you have been contacted by Central Otago REAP to confirm your registration.
- If you do not receive confirmation, please contact our office on 0800 267 327.
Payment
Payment can be made by:
- Credit card via our website
- Direct credit to Central Otago REAP’s bank account
- Cash or EFTPOS at the REAP office 14–20 Centennial Avenue, Alexandra
Enrolling through our website does not guarantee a place until confirmation has been provided.
Course Cancellation
If a course is cancelled by Central Otago REAP due to insufficient enrolments or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be given.
Withdrawal & Refund Policy
If you withdraw:
For courses valued at $10 or under — no refund will be given.
For courses valued at over $10 — at least five working days’ notice must be given before the course start date to receive a refund.
A 10% administration fee will be deducted from approved refunds.
In exceptional circumstances (for example illness, injury, or bereavement), a full refund may be considered at the discretion of the Manager of Central Otago REAP.
Privacy Statement
The personal information you provide is collected by Central Otago REAP for enrolment, programme delivery, learner support, communication, and reporting required by funders and legal obligations. Providing this information is voluntary, however if required information is not supplied we may not be able to enrol you.
Your information will be stored securely and used only for these purposes. Relevant information may be shared with staff, tutors, and funding agencies where required. Some information may be held in secure third-party systems, including trusted providers located outside New Zealand. We do not sell personal information.
You have the right to access and request correction of your personal information at any time by contacting [email protected].
National Student Number (NSN)
Where required for funded programmes, you authorise Central Otago REAP to access or verify your National Student Number for eligibility and reporting purposes.
Photos and Video
Photos, audio, or video may be taken during courses or events for learning, celebration, reporting, or promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform your tutor or a staff member at any time. We aim to always use images respectfully and with care.
